One Friday Ogbu, 31, and Onovo Sunday Udochukwu, 34, who were arrested over alleged stealing of a tricycle in Enugu, have been arraigned and subsequently remanded in Enugu prison on the orders of an Enugu Magistrate’s Court.
They were arrested by Enugu State Police Command’s operatives serving in the Enugu Area Command. The stolen tricycle was allegedly stolen where it was parked at Achara Layout, Enugu, in the night hours of June 22, 2024, police said.
The state police public relations officer, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, said, “The tricycle was recovered upon the arrest of the suspects, while the owner of the tricycle was located and he identified the tricycle as his. The suspects were arraigned on a two-count charges of conspiracy and stealing.”
