Sad tales continue to cascade down from the crash of digital asset trading platform,Cbex, as a Nigerian woman said she is presently receiving bags of intravenous (IV) fluid, popularly known as drip water, following her use of contributors’ funds to invest in the platform.
In a story relayed on Phoenix , @kiddiesbykoko, on Tik Tok, said, tearfully, that she ploughed in N6.2 million of other people’s money in her custody into the platform -and now the money is gone.
The post elicited several reactions by readers,some highly critical of her action,others leaning towards sympathy.
She shared a video of herself receiving a drip after the alleged crash of the digital asset trading platform.
It could not be confirmed exactly what sudden ailment she was being treated for with the IV fluid, but medical experts told Peopleandpolitics.net that high blood pressure may be one.
In a TikTok clip by @kiddiesbykoko, she mentioned that she lost N6.2 million in total.
She lamented: “6.2 million just like that. Cbex you do thissss. Please tell me it’s a dream.”
In a follow-up video, she again captured the moment of receiving a drip after her financial loss.
