The warning was issued by the State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) Chairman, Major Adesagba Adekoya (rtd), at his office, secretariat, Ibadan. Fresh tragedy has befallen Kebbi State, North-West Nigeria, as three officers of Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) were murdered on Thursday night by gunmen suspected to be members of the Lakurawa terrorist group.
