The Route Commander, Theophilus Okoduwa, FRSC Enugu State Sector Command Public Education Officer, gave the confirmation on Tuesday in Enugu. Okoduwa said that the incident took place on Monday at about 5:15p.m. and involved two articulated vehicles.
