Head of Civil Service of Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Mrs. Grace Adayilo, has saluted Minister of FCT, Barrister Nyesom Wike, who recently received the Quinquinnal Award for Governance and Infrastructure 2024.
In a statement from her office, Mrs. Adayilo asserted that the Minister’s leadership has indeed exploded in hugely phenomenal transformation of the nation’s capital, the prioritization of staff welfare and restoration of the Abuja Masterplan.
The Quinquinnal Award for Governance and Infrastructure, the statement noted, recognized the Minister’s outstanding contributions to the development and transformation of Abuja’s infrastructural landscape.
Congratulating the Minister on behalf of FCTA’s management and staff, the Head of Service lauded his unwavering commitment to good governance and infrastructure development, pointing out that Minister Wike’s leadership style has also been marked by speedy handling of official files and prioritization of staff welfare.
The staff of the FCT Administration, she emphasised, are grateful to the Minister too for his efforts in restoring the sanctity of the Abuja Masterplan and promoting staff welfare.
They also commended him for being one of the strong pillars of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The award is a testament to Minister Wike’s dedication to the development of the FCT, and his leadership is expected to bring about a complete rebirth and holistic infrastructural revolution in the territory,” the statement added.
