Federal High Court, Abuja, today, dismissed the application for a no-case submission filed by leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. According to the court, headed by Justice James Omotosho, here exists a prima facie case against him by the Federal Government (FG).
