Ijaw nationalist and former Federal Commissioner for Information, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, is dead. The prominent South-South leader, died on Monday night, aged 97. Chief Clark, a former Senator, was leader of Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF). Details of his last moments are still not available but a statement signed by Prof. C. C. Owoeye of Federal High Court, sitting in Ikoyi, on Monday, February 17, 2025 held that Mr. Ezekiel Thankgod must appear in court to take his plea and adjourned till March 6, 2025 for his arraignment.
