The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has  arraigned Mr. Ahmed Adamu Dikko, former Managing Director of Port Harcourt Refining Company Ltd (PHRC), before Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja. Nikko was arraigned on a 12-count charge bordering on money laundering. By Emmanuel Ogoigbe, Warri Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) and NNPC Gas Infrastructure Company Limited (NGIC), a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), have signed a Network Entry Agreement (NEA) to streamline gas delivery from the Escravos Gas Plant into the Escravos–Lagos Pipeline System.
