The Department of Outdoor Advertisement and Signage (DOAS) of Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) held a successful Customer Service Week recently, alongside other organizations globally.
It was an occasion during which top management and staff members of the department, a regulatory and revenue-generating body, met with its clients, who are also taxpayers to government.
