Kidnappers of 20 medical students of the Universities of Jos and Maiduguri have demanded a ransom of N50 million. The kidnapped Commissioner for Youth Development in Anambra State, Patrick Mba, and his wife Chizoba, have been released by their captors. According to PUNCH newspaper, a top government official said they were released on Saturday. “The kidnapped commissioner of youth development and his wife have been released today,” the source added.
