By our reporter Less than a month after surviving a cabinet reshuffle which saw him being moved to another beat, Kano state Commissioner for Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Engr. Mohammed Diggol, on Sunday threw in the towel. Diggol, who was moved from the Transportation Ministry to Monitoring and Evaluation only last month (December,2023), decided to resign. He had been Transportation Commissioner from the inception of the Governor Abba Yusuf administration in 2023 till December last year.
