Ronaldo Says ‘I’m 28.9 Years Old’ At 41, Discloses Foods, Habits That Keep Him Strong, Competitive

The daily routines of the world’s biggest stars always attract attention, and Cristiano Ronaldo is someone who takes his health and well-being extremely seriously.

The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus star currently plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

At 41, the Portuguese superstar is no longer competing at the very highest level of world soccer. Nevertheless, he remains in remarkable physical condition, allowing him to stay fit and continue playing professionally.

Details of Ronaldo’s daily breakfast recently emerged, with the soccer icon revealing: “I eat eggs and avocado for breakfast to get protein and strengthen my muscles, and I also have a coffee,” reports leading Spanish sport daily Mundo Deportivo English edition yesterday.

His breakfast provides a well-rounded combination of nutrients.

Eggs supply high-quality protein, choline, and vitamins B12 and D.

Avocado provides heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, and potassium.

Coffee delivers a dose of caffeine that boosts alertness and improves concentration, along with antioxidants and very few calories.

However, Ronaldo eats this meal only after completing his morning workout on an empty stomach. He also insists that his secret weapon is sleep.

“I don’t like it when I travel or when we have night games because my body shakes and my sleep quality isn’t the same, but I make adjustments so it doesn’t affect how much sleep I get,” he explained.

To maintain a consistent sleep schedule, Ronaldo wakes up an hour later whenever he goes to bed later than usual, ensuring he gets approximately seven hours of rest each night.

The Portuguese star also makes a conscious effort to avoid unnecessary indulgences and follows a strict exercise regimen that combines cardiovascular training with strength workouts.

Together, these habits have helped him maintain an extraordinary level of fitness, with Ronaldo claiming that his biological age is “28.9 years.”

While Cristiano Ronaldo’s lifestyle and daily habits may inspire others, anyone considering significant changes to their diet or fitness routine should consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional first.

Personalized guidance can help establish realistic goals and develop an appropriate exercise and nutrition plan based on individual needs, physical condition, and age.
