PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, disclosed this while addressing journalists shortly after the party's National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting. According to Olugunagba, the decision followed the presentation of a report by the Zoning Committee chaired by Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri.
