Anambra State governor, Chukwuma Soludo, candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has been declared winner of yesterday's governorship election in the South-East Nigeria state. This followed the announcement of results from all 21 Local Government Areas (LGAs) by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
