Federal High Court, Abuja, today, dismissed the application for a no-case submission filed by leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. According to the court, headed by Justice James Omotosho, here exists a prima facie case against him by the Federal Government (FG). Kanu,who is being detained for years now in the headquarters of Department of State Services (DSS), Abuja, is being tried for alleged terrorism.
