Dignitaries from all walks of life showed up when Enugu State Governor, Dr Peter Mbah, presented the state’s record N1.62 trillion budget for 2026, on Tuesday, 2 December this year.
Reeling out subheads on which the mammoth figure will be spent,to uplift lives and reposition the South-East state as number one investment destination in the zone, Gov Mbah explained that,due to his administration’s robust economic policies and Federal Government’s fiscal management, money was coming into the state in a manner never seen before –a tacit invitation to investors, job seekers and others to rush to the State and participate in the boom.
