Gov Aiyedatiwa Nominates Olayide Adelami As Deputy

Ondo State governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has nominated Chief Olayide Owolabi Adelami, as the deputy governor of the state. The position has been vacant since the governor who was deputy to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, assumed substantive powers following Akeredolu’s death.

The deputy governor mominee was a former Deputy Clerk to the National Assembly (DCNA),

His nomination is coming barely six hours after the state governor dissolved the State Executive Council (SEC) on Wednesday and sacked all his aides.

Aiyedatiwa ordered all commissioners and special advisers to immediately hand over to the most senior civil servants in their respective ministries.
