The warning was issued by the State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) Chairman, Major Adesagba Adekoya (rtd), at his office, secretariat, Ibadan. Fresh tragedy has befallen Kebbi State, North-West Nigeria, as three officers of Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) were murdered on Thursday night by gunmen suspected to be members of the Lakurawa terrorist group. The armed men had attacked a checkpoint manned by the officers in Bakin Ruwa community, Bagudu Local Government Area (LGA) of the State.
