ADC Will Not Disappoint Nigerians, God-Sent To Wipe Away Tears -Delta Activist-Lawyer Awani

By Emmanuel Ogoigbe, Warri

Political activist and chieftain of opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC), Barrister Esimaje Awani, has pleaded with Nigerians to be mindful of who they cast their votes for in the 2027 general elections.

According to him, the ADC is the God-sent party that will wipe away tears from the eyes of Nigerians who, to him, have been encountering untold hardship as a result of alleged bad governance of both the federal and Delta State governments.

Awani stated these while addressing thousands of party faithful in Warri, Delta State.

He urged them to be more active in ensuring that their votes count in the next elections.

Awani who aspires to represent Warri federal constituency at the National Assembly in 2027, further advised the crowd not to allow moneybags who, he said, do not care about their welfare, to hijack their voters’ cards, advising them to rather “be vigilant and steadfast in voting your conscience.”

The political activist who was received into the party’s fold as a new member and consequently presented with the ADC membership card and flag as a symbol of acceptance, promised that he will bring to bear his wealth of experience to increase the number of ADC supporters and ensure total victory for the party in 2027.

Receiving Awani, a top notcher of ADC in the state, Apostle (Dr) Ebi Peremene, lauded him for his exemplary character, doggedness, forthrightness and belief in truth and justice, adding that he (Awani) has all it takes to make the party more relevant in every aspect.

“No doubt, Barrister Awani is a man of the people judging by the large turnout of people here today,” he noted.

According to him, the party, in its short period of existence so far, has touched the minds of people in every part of the country because, to him, they now realize that the political party to deliver them from the shackles of oppression, bad governance and hardship has arrived.
