200,000 Insurgents, Families Surrender -Zulum
By Achadu Gabriel, Kaduna Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, has disclosed that over 200,000 insurgents and their families had surrendered since government adopted non-kinetic procedures to try to end insurgency in the state. He spoke on Monday, January 20, after being decorated with the fellowship of Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP), at Government House, Maiduguri, capital of the North-Eastern state.
