In a statement by the Ministry's Public Relations Officer (PRO), Ngozi Ngene, the authorities emphasized that the dangerous practice endangers lives, damages public infrastructure, and obstructs free flow of traffic. Residents were therefore urged to celebrate the festive season peacefully and responsibly.
