*Tehran Claims Uncertainty Over His Fate Following ‘Severe’ Hit On Prime Minister’s Office
*It’s Taken Us 20 Years To Plan For, Draw Lessons From Previous American Military Defeats’
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) today claimed that its drone missiles targeted and hit the office of Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
It added that the attack has left huge question marks over the fate of the Prime Minister who is leading his country in a joint war with the US against Iran since Saturday.
Hundreds of people have been killed in the conflict already.
According to Mehr News Agency (MNA), IRGC, in a statement, announced that it targeted the office of the Israeli leader with Kheybar missiles.
IRGC Public Relations stated that “the office of the criminal Prime Minister of the Zionist regime and the resident (sic) of the commander of the regime’s air force were attacked and severely hit by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the targeted and surprise attacks by Kheybar missiles in the tenth wave of attacks.
“The fate of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime is shrouded in uncertainty.”
In a related development, an obviously buoyant Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran would be the one that decides when and how the war will end.
He pointed to 20 years of planning for, and learning of lessons, in a scenario as currently unfolding, saying Iran was not being taken by surprise.
“We’ve had two decades to study defeats of the U.S. military to our immediate east and west. We’ve incorporated lessons accordingly,” Araghchi wrote on X.
“Bombings in our capital have no impact on our ability to conduct war. Decentralized Mosaic Defense enables us to decide when—and how—war will end,” he concluded.
